Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Ashley Jangro Coaching ("Unspiraled," "I," "me") collects when you use this website, sign up for a free resource, or join a program, and how that information is used. If you have questions, email me at [email protected].

What I collect

• Information you give me: your name and email address when you sign up for a free resource or my email list, and your billing details when you buy a program.
• Information from your purchases and membership: what you've purchased, your membership status, and your activity in the member area, such as which recordings you've watched.
• Information collected automatically: basic technical information like your browser type, device, pages visited, and approximate location, collected through cookies and similar tools.
• What you share in coaching: anything you choose to share in a live session, in a question you submit, or by email.

How I use it

• To send you what you signed up for, like the How to Feel a Feeling practice.
• To send my weekly coaching insight email and occasional emails about my programs. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email.
• To give you access to programs you've purchased and to process payments.
• To answer your questions and provide support.
• To understand how the site is used so I can improve it.

Who I share it with

I don't sell your personal information. I share it only with the services that help me run this business, and only as needed for them to do their job:

• Kajabi, which hosts this website, my email list, my member area, and checkout.
• Payment processors such as Stripe or PayPal, which handle your payment details. I never see or store your full card number.
• Zoom, which hosts the live coaching sessions.

I may also share information if the law requires it.

Live sessions and recordings

Weekly Coaching sessions are recorded so members can watch later. Recordings are available only to active members inside the member area. You can keep your camera off and choose not to speak. What's shared in the group stays in the group, and I ask every member to respect that.

Cookies

This site uses cookies to keep you logged in, remember your preferences, and measure how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site, like the member area, may not work without them.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any email.
• Ask me to see, correct, or delete the personal information I have about you by emailing [email protected].

How long I keep it

I keep your information for as long as you're on my email list or a member, and afterward only as long as I need it for legal, tax, or accounting reasons.

Children

This site and my programs are for adults. I don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Coaching, not therapy

Unspiraled offers coaching and education, not therapy. Joining a program does not create a therapist-client relationship, and what you share in coaching is not protected the way therapy records are. If you're in crisis, call or text 988.

Changes to this policy

If I make changes, I'll update the date at the top of this page.
